What is Album Selection?
Album Selection is a photographer desktop app and a customer mobile app from Basebit. The photographer shares a photo package, the customer selects and rejects photos, and the photographer turns the final selections into sheet-wise folders of original photos.
Who is Album Selection for?
Album Selection is for photographers and photography studios who prepare projects, and for their customers who choose the photos for an album.
How does the customer get the photos?
The photographer prepares a package and shares it through a Google Drive link, or as a ZIP file sent by messaging, email or USB. The customer imports the package into the customer app and can then work offline.
Do my original photos get changed?
No. Album Selection copies the selected original photos into sheet-wise folders. It does not modify or move your originals, and the arrangement can be undone.
Can customers mark their favourite photos?
Yes. Customers can select or reject photos and mark Highlight and Creation photos. Each project can set minimum and maximum photos per page, and Highlight and Creation limits per page.
When will Album Selection launch?
Album Selection is still in development and testing. There is no launch date yet.
How much will Album Selection cost?
The price has not been announced yet.
